STRATEGIES TO BOOST LIQUIDITY: A WORKSHOP FOR SMALL & MID-CAPS COMPANIES

The panel warned against relying solely on digital awareness campaigns or paid promotions without proper alignment with the company’s IR narrative, as these can lead to volatility and mistrust in the market.

Retail investors were also highlighted as an increasingly influential audience. While they can play an important role in driving daily trading volume, outreach efforts to this group must be thoughtful, compliant, and well-integrated with the broader investor strategy. In addition, the panel underscored the value of high-quality research coverage, pointing out that one credible and engaged analyst can have a greater impact on perception and liquidity than multiple shallow reports.

The discussion concluded with a clear message: improving liquidity is a long-term process that requires consistency, credibility, and a clear story. Companies willing to invest in strategic IR now will be better positioned to grow their market presence and attract long-term shareholders in the future.
